Job Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Learning:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects to primary school students (ages 5-11).
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities.
- Student Development:
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Promote social, emotional, and academic development, and support the well-being of all students.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring additional support.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain a well-organized, disciplined classroom environment.
- Establish clear classroom rules and expectations, ensuring a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other teachers, staff, and parents to ensure students’ holistic development.
- Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.
- Other Duties:
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and school trips.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest educational strategies, technology, and teaching methodologies.
